Cookies and tracking policy

1. No Cookies Used

We believe privacy is an operational standard, not a compliance checkbox. Unlike conventional corporate websites, HANCE Solutions sets no cookies on your browser or device.

• No Essential Cookies: We do not require session cookies, authentication cookies, or CSRF cookies to navigate the website.
• No Analytics Cookies: We do not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party analytics cookies.
• No Marketing or Retargeting Cookies: We do not use advertising tags, behavioral trackers, or cross-site retargeting pixels.
• No Third-Party Embedded Assets: All typography (Manrope and Source Serif 4) is self-hosted locally from our own static distribution. No external font servers or third-party content distribution networks are queried.

2. Stateless Form Security

Our client enquiry, partnership, and career advisory forms protect against automated spam, credential abuse, and replay attacks without relying on session cookies or persistent identifiers.

Security validation is completely stateless:

• When you open an enquiry form, the browser requests a cryptographic time-lock token from our API endpoint.
• This token is signed with a server-side HMAC and encodes an encrypted submission window (minimum 1.5 seconds to block bots, maximum 2 hours to prevent replay).
• The token is transmitted directly inside the form payload during submission, verified in-flight by our server, and immediately discarded. It is never stored in a cookie.

3. Form Data Collection, Transmission and Retention

When you voluntarily submit information through our forms:

• Information Collected: Only the details you enter directly into the form fields—such as your name, corporate email address, organisation name, phone number (optional), service requirement notes, and attached CV documents (for career advisory).
• Transmission: All submissions are encrypted in transit via Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) directly to our dedicated API gateway.
• Routing: Validated submissions are routed via secure Amazon SES email to our consulting team at hello@hancesolutions.com.
• Retention: Commercial enquiries are retained only as long as necessary to review and discuss your requirement. Career CV attachments are held strictly for candidate evaluation and are permanently deleted when the review concludes. We never sell, rent, or share enquiry information with commercial brokers or candidate supply pools.

4. Aggregated Measurement Notice

If aggregated website measurement is introduced in the future to evaluate reader interest across our insight articles or understand high-demand service areas, it will use cookieless, privacy-preserving techniques that respect user privacy, avoid collecting personal identifiers, and do not track visitors across external websites.

5. Independent Verification

You or your organisation's compliance team can independently verify our cookieless architecture at any time:

1. Open your browser Developer Tools (press F12 or right-click and select Inspect).
2. Navigate to the Application tab (or Storage in Firefox/Safari).
3. Expand the Cookies menu and select https://www.hancesolutions.com.
4. Observe that the cookie list contains zero entries.
