Privacy notice
We respect your privacy and process personal data in a transparent, proportionate and secure manner. This notice explains what we collect and how it is protected.

The data controller responsible for personal information collected through this website is Hance Consulting F.Z.E., Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to evaluate and respond to your enquiries:
- Client Enquiries: Contact name, work email, company name, job title, phone number (optional), employee count range, and the commercial challenge description.
- Partnership Proposals: Contact name, business name, business email, location, website and proposed collaboration details.

3. CV Storage and Retention Controls
In strict accordance with our operational governance:
- Submitted CVs are stored in private, restricted-access storage and are scanned for malicious software before staff review.
- Staff never receive CVs as unencrypted email attachments.
- CVs submitted for career advisory assessment are retained only for the duration of the advisory evaluation, unless you explicitly opt in to 12-month retained contact.
- Uploading a CV does not enrol you in an employment agency database or candidate supply pool.
4. Cookieless Architecture & Tracking
HANCE Solutions operates on a privacy-first, cookieless architecture. We do not use cookies, advertising tags, or cross-site tracking scripts. Form security (anti-spam, rate limiting, and CSRF defense) is entirely stateless, using cryptographic time-lock tokens rather than persistent session cookies. Any future aggregated reading measurement will rely strictly on privacy-preserving, cookieless methods that avoid personal profiling. For complete details, see our Cookies and Tracking Policy.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request rectification of inaccurate records, or request deletion of your information. Contact our privacy team via our website contact channels to exercise these rights.
